Dancers typically try to avoid fats altogether, but there are “good” fats as well as “bad” fats and part of leading a healthy life is knowing what’s what! Cut out the bad fats and try these healthy replacements. It’s not about the percentage of calories from fat that you eat. It’s whether they are good or bad. Good fats are Mono & polyUNsaturated fats. Bad fats are saturated & (especially) trans fats.
