All good and valid resolutions to make for the new year, and we are cheering you on to achieve them. However, there may be a few things you may consider adding to your resolutions, it’s the little things that count, that will make a world of a difference at the end of the year.
1. Indulge Yourself More
We know you will be working out, and working hard this year, but don’t forget to pamper yourself. Whether it be a pedicure, manicure, massage, or D.I.Y. beauty treatments, find some time to find a little “ME” time. Make it a point to treat yourself to some type of beauty treatment at least once a month. Eventually, you will find yourself looking forward to your “Pamper Date” and you will be able to relieve some of your day to day stress in the process.
2. Clean Your Makeup Brushes MORE OFTEN
Cleaning makeup brushes may feel like a chore to some, but it’s an important task to prevent breakouts and bacteria from spreading. You can use makeup brush cleaner wipes, or fast-drying makeup brush cleaner for daily spot cleaning, but take the time once a week to do a deep brush cleaning.

3. Try New Makeup Trends or Colors
Ever look at a makeup article or photo spread and think, “I should try that”? Well go for it! If you find yourself wanting to try a more dramatic look, save the look for you next date or girl’s night out. It’s amazing how a new lipstick shade or eye shadow color can boost your confidence or bring out your inner glamour girl. Just give it a shot, at the end of the day, it’s just makeup and can be removed with the simple swipe of a makeup wipe.
