Trend of the Week: Orange is the New Black

Orange dance fashion

Be brilliant this summer and make a bold statement in bright orange hues.  Neon orange and tangerine colors are perfect for lazy sunny days and fancy summer nights.  I love pairing an orange top with denim, or wearing a cute orange pencil skirt with black accents (accent being the key word) and a black crop top to set it off.  If you want to take your fashion statement one step further, try pairing your favorite orange top with an equally fantastic tangerine, strawberry, or lemony yellow pink skirt.  Sorbet color pairings are daring and differ from your everyday black ensemble.  But if you are required to wear black to work, or for some other occasion, you can make it fun by wearing a pair of textured orange shoes in snakeskin or ostrich.

The more ways you can try and fit orange into your summer look, the better.  If you want to be subtle, don a pair of orange-lensed shades, or wear a cute orange-hued lipstick that best matches your skin tone.  Or if you are going for a more tropical look, go all out and pair orange together, or with other hues in the same color family.  Orange really is the new black.  You can wear it with anything and look great!
